About Gregory Mountain Products

Gregory Mountain Products was started in California in 1977.

The business grew out of a small retail business, where Wayne Gregory (the founder) used to produce backpacks to meet customers requirements.

The company now has manufacturing capabilities in a number of countries, and continues to push the envelope of backpack design.

Traditional, Gregory backpacks have been for backpackers, mountaineers, and rock climbers, but now are produced to meet the needs and requirements of other adventure sports.
